What kind of events do you organise?
We organise all kinds of events, from weddings to corporate events, brand activations, theme parties and private events, and we also have equipment hiring service. To ensure that we respond to the client’s request, we hire all the services needed for organising any event.
Do you offer a wedding planner service?
Yes, we have a Wedding Planning team that manages and monitors every stage of the Wedding, ensuring that everything is in line with the preferences and expectations of the bride and groom. We also have a network of suppliers and partners that provide all the services needed to make the wedding a success.
Do you hold events anywhere in the country?
We are based in Lisbon, but we can organise events anywhere in the country.
How far in advance should I book an event?
In the case of weddings, we recommend booking at least 6 months in advance. For other type of events, the ideal is at least 3 months, but this depends on the complexity and size of the event.
How can I request a quote and information about availability?

What does the organisation of the event include?
We take care of all the services needed to organise the event, as we have a vast network of suppliers and partners that help us ensuring that everything happens according to the client’s options and budget.
Where can I see your material?
All the materials and equipments we have for events can be viewed online at catalogofa.com/ or by appointment to visit our showroom at Av. Infante Santo 361B, 1350-181 Lisboa.
Do you have your own venues for events? Or spaces you can suggest?
We have three exclusive venues: Palácio do Correio-Mor, Casa dos Lobos and Hotel Casa de Palmela. However, given our experience and contacts, we can also suggest other venues anywhere in the country, and we also work in private homes, if that is our clients’ wish.
I don’t live in Portugal, is it possible to plan everything without having to travel to your showroom?
We have a lot of experience organising weddings remotely, with brides and grooms from all over the world. Nowadays, with new technologies, it is quite easy to get round that without any constraints. However, if the bride and groom want to visit the wedding venue, we can welcome them in advance for a pre-arranged visit.
Is it possible to hire equipment for an event or celebration that I'm hosting at my own home?
Yes, it is possible! The request should be made through our online catalogue at catalogofa.com. You will always need to specify quantities, address and hire date.
What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms vary depending on the event or the equipment hiring. However, it is mandatory to ensure that 100% of the amount is paid before the date of the event.
