FAQs about Corporate Event Planning
What types of events do you organise?
We organise all types of events, including weddings, corporate events, brand activations, themed events and private celebrations. We also offer a material rental service. To ensure we meet each client’s needs, we coordinate and hire all the services required for the successful execution of any event.
Do you offer wedding planner services?
Yes, we have a Wedding Planning team that supports every stage of the wedding, ensuring that everything aligns with the couple’s preferences and expectations. We also work with a network of suppliers and partners who provide all the services needed for the wedding.
Do you organise events anywhere in the country?
We are based in Lisbon, but we organise events anywhere in the country.
How far in advance should I book an event?
In the case of weddings, we recommend booking at least 6 months in advance. For other types of events, the ideal is a minimum of 3 months, although it depends on the complexity and size of the event.
How can I request a quote and check availability?
To request a quote for your event and check availability, please send an email to geral@festaluga.pt.
What does the event organisation service include?
We take care of all the services required for the event, as we have an extensive network of suppliers and partners who help us ensure everything happens according to the client’s preferences and budget.
Where can I see your materials?
All the materials we offer for events can be viewed online at catalogofa.com/ or by scheduling a visit to our showroom at Av. Infante Santo 361B, 1350-181 Lisbon.
Do you have your own venues for events? Or venues you can recommend?
We have three exclusive venues: Palácio do Correio-Mor, Casa dos Lobos and Hotel Casa de Palmela. However, thanks to our experience and contacts, we can also suggest other venues anywhere in the country, and we also work in private homes, if that is our clients’ preference.
I live outside Portugal — is it possible to arrange everything without visiting your showroom?
We have extensive experience organising destination weddings for couples from all over the world. Nowadays, with modern technology, it is very easy to manage everything remotely without any inconvenience. However, if the couple wishes to visit the venue, we can welcome them beforehand and arrange a guided visit.
Is it possible to rent equipment for an event or celebration I’m hosting at home?
Yes, it is possible! The request should be made through our online catalogue at catalogofa.com, always indicating quantities, address and rental date.
What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms vary depending on the event or material rental; however, it is important to note that full payment must be completed before the event date.
